Role Overview

To develop, produce and oversee film and content projects across the 180 ecosystem, working with its various brands, creative teams and production partners to deliver high-quality visual content.

The role encompasses the full production process, from creative development and pre-production planning through filming, direction, post-production and final delivery. Projects will range from short films and branded productions to campaign films, editorial content and digital media, serving the creative and commercial needs of the businesses within the 180 ecosystem.

Working closely with creative directors, brand leads and external collaborators, the Film & Content Producer will be responsible for translating creative concepts into completed productions, coordinating the necessary resources and ensuring that each project meets the creative vision, production requirements and standards of its respective brand.

The position will balance independently developing and producing original film projects with supporting larger productions and responding to the evolving needs of the wider ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Film & video production – Lead the development and production of film and video projects from initial concept through to final delivery, overseeing the creative, technical and logistical elements of production across the 180 ecosystem.

Creative development & storytelling – Develop original concepts, treatments and production approaches for short films, branded content, campaign films and editorial projects. Identify opportunities to tell the stories of the people, places, products and creative processes behind the various brands.

Pre-production & planning – Plan and coordinate productions, including developing briefs, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, production schedules, equipment requirements and budgets where appropriate. Liaise with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure projects are prepared and executed effectively.

Direction & cinematography – Direct and capture film and video content, making creative and technical decisions around visual storytelling, cinematography, lighting, composition and sound to achieve the intended creative vision.

Post-production & delivery – Oversee and undertake post-production, including editing, colour grading, sound, graphics and final delivery. Ensure completed films meet the creative and technical requirements of their intended platforms and applications.

Production coordination – Organise and manage the practical requirements of film productions, coordinating locations, equipment, schedules, crew and other production resources as needed. Manage projects through their various stages to ensure efficient delivery and consistently high production standards.

Collaboration with creative teams – Work closely with creative directors, brand leads, marketing teams and other stakeholders to develop and execute film projects aligned with each brand's creative direction, contributing ideas and production expertise throughout the process.

Campaign & external productions – Support the development and execution of larger brand campaigns and film productions, working collaboratively with external directors, cinematographers, production companies, freelance crew and other creative specialists. Contribute to pre-production, on-set coordination and supplementary content production where appropriate.

Proactive film development – Independently identify and develop opportunities for original film projects across the ecosystem, maintaining an ongoing programme of visual storytelling alongside commissioned productions and immediate brand requirements.

Photography & supporting visual content – Produce photography and other visual assets where required, including product, fashion, interiors, architecture, editorial and campaign imagery, complementing the role's primary focus on film and video production.

Cross-brand production & creative support – Work across the businesses and creative facilities within the 180 ecosystem, identifying opportunities to share production resources, collaborate across brands and develop projects that benefit the wider organisation.

Approach

The Film & Content Producer will act as both a production lead and hands-on filmmaker, combining creative development, technical expertise and project coordination to deliver film and video projects across the 180 ecosystem.

The role is intended to provide a dedicated internal film production capability, supporting the creative ambitions of individual brands while proactively developing original projects and responding to new opportunities as they arise.

Working within the established creative direction of each brand, the position will combine the flexibility of an in-house production resource with the creative ambition and production standards of an independent film practice.
