About The Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the go-to person for a high-performing sales team. Your role will be to drive top-line revenue for LexisNexis Risk Solutions by working closely with sales, product management, professional services, and marketing colleagues to support prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated, and demonstrate a strong sense of initiative.
This position will support new revenue growth and recurring revenue by acting as a subject matter expert; delivering product demonstrations, uncovering customer requirements, identifying opportunity scope, responding to RFPs and RFIs, managing POCs, driving thought leadership, and contributing to LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ commitment to continuous innovation.
The role will provide support across EMEA and the UKI region and may require travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned opportunities and accounts.
- Plan and execute solution demonstrations and presentations aligned to customer personas and use cases to drive value-based solutioning.
- Manage RFP and RFI responses, and coordinate POCs by defining scope, acceptance criteria, timelines, responsibilities, and actions.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to enable the sales team through use-case-based training on LNR solutions.
- Lead solution architecture, data flow, and integration design discussions and, where necessary, facilitate testing to ensure solution compatibility.
- Support the sales team with project scoping to enable accurate pricing customisation.
- Coordinate the handover of information between the sales teams and the Professional Services Group to support seamless solution implementation.
- Collaborate with respective departments to ensure solution content and associated materials are kept up to date to support sales initiatives.
- Influence the product roadmap by translating customer requirements, gaps, and competitive insights into actionable product feedback.
- Attend regional conferences to assist sales representatives with opportunity engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and maintain solution collateral, including slide decks, proposals, websites, presentations, brochures, and customer email content.
- Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, event participation, blogs, articles, and white papers.
- Travel may be up to 30% to provide in-person support for regional field sales initiatives.
- Experience in pre-sales, professional services, or technical account management, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and understand the full sales lifecycle and engagement process.
- Proven experience gained within a technology- and/or data-focused organisation, including solution implementation experience.
- Experience within financial crime compliance, specifically screening and/or trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in customer-facing contexts, with the ability to convey technical subject matter in clear, business-friendly terms.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong sense of initiative.
- Public speaking or presentation experience.
- French language skills in addition to English.
- Familiarity with payment message formats such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
- Familiarity with JSON and XML formats.
- Software skills in MS Office, Postman, SOAP UI, workflow tools such as Visio or Lucid, SQL, and Oracle.
- Qualifications in financial crime compliance or AML/CDD, such as ACAMS, ICA, or ACFCS.

If performed in any following locations: France - A DOMICILE, France - COMMERCIAUX PARIS, France - COMMERCIAUX PROVINCE, France - FORMATEUR PROVINCE, France - ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX, France - Paris (Rue de Bercy), France - PARIS (RUE DE JAVEL), FRANCE - Tour Vista, Paris, the base pay range is €34,800 - €58,100. The total target cash range is €53,500 - €89,500. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
