The opportunity

We’re hiring experienced 360° recruiters to join our Sydney business, from Senior Consultant through to leadership level. This isn’t about inheriting a desk. It’s about building your own market, becoming a recognised specialist and developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates in one of the world’s most exciting recruitment markets. What you’ll be doing

• Building trusted relationships with senior business leaders
• Winning new business through consultative, insight-led conversations
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Growing specialist talent communities
• Advising clients on hiring strategy, salaries and market trends
• Creating and executing your own market growth plan
• Collaborating with high-performing teams across Australia & NZ

Who we’re looking for

You’ll likely bring:

• A successful track record in 360° agency recruitment
• Strong business development capability
• Experience managing permanent and/or contract recruitment desks
• Commercial acumen with a consultative approach
• A competitive mindset and passion for achieving results
• A genuine desire to build a life and career in Australia

Visa Sponsorship

We’re actively welcoming applications from experienced recruiters currently based in the United Kingdom & Ireland. You’ll ideally have either:

• Five or more years’ experience in 360° agency recruitment, including business development, ideally within Finance & Accounting or Technology, with a proven history of generating revenue; or
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology, plus at least one year of successful 360° agency recruitment experience including business development.

Visa sponsorship may be available for candidates who satisfy Australian immigration and sponsorship requirements.
