The Opportunity

We're hiring experienced 360° recruiters to join our Singapore business, from Consultant through to leadership level.

This isn't about inheriting a comfortable desk. It's about building your own market, becoming a recognised specialist and developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building trusted relationships with senior business leaders
• Winning new business through consultative, insight-led conversations
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Growing specialist talent communities
• Advising clients on hiring strategy, salaries and market trends
• Creating and executing your own market growth plan
• Collaborating with high-performing teams across Asia-Pacific

Who We're Looking For

• A successful track record in 360° agency recruitment
• Strong business development capability
• Experience managing permanent and/or contract recruitment desks
• Commercial acumen with a consultative approach
• A competitive mindset and passion for achieving results
• A desire to build an international career in Singapore

Visa Sponsorship

We're actively welcoming applications from experienced recruiters currently based outside Singapore.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in 360° agency recruitment, including business development and client management
• A strong track record of revenue generation and relationship building
• Experience within Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Technology or other professional services recruitment sectors is advantageous

Visa sponsorship may be available for candidates who satisfy Singapore immigration and employment requirements.
