Job Description

Your New Company
You'll be joining a fast-growing hospitality brand that's built a strong reputation for creating memorable customer experiences, engaging social content, and community-driven events. With exciting growth plans and a loyal customer following, the business is investing heavily in its marketing, events and brand presence, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.

Your New Role

As Events & Social Manager, you'll take ownership of both the events programme and social media presence for a flagship London venue.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning and delivering events, creating engaging social content, managing influencer relationships, and growing an active online community. You'll coordinate everything from event logistics and third-party suppliers through to content creation, reporting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, organising and hosting events from concept through to delivery.
  • Creating and editing content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms.
  • Managing social media schedules, community engagement and influencer activity.
  • Coordinating entertainment, photographers, videographers and external suppliers.
  • Managing event ticketing and guest communications.
  • Building and maintaining local partnerships and B2B relationships.
  • Measuring event and social performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event execution.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in events, social media management, or a combined marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence working on-site, attending events and representing the brand.
  • Experience creating and editing content independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to analyse performance data.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by the events calendar.

What You Will Get in Return

  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Genuine ownership and autonomy within a growing brand.
  • The opportunity to shape both events and social media strategy.
  • Career progression within an ambitious and expanding business.
  • Direct access to senior leadership and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • A collaborative, supportive and fast-paced working environment.
