Senior SAP FICO Consultant Location Position Summary Senior-level SAP FICO Consultant responsible for leading functional design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The role drives end-to-end finance transformations, ensures compliance with Colombian statutory requirements, mentors junior consultants, and acts as the primary finance subject-matter-expert for projects and production support across regional and global initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement workshops with finance, controlling and tax stakeholders to define solutions aligned with business objectives. Design and configure FI and CO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders and Product Costing. Architect and validate end-to-end integration scenarios between FI/CO and MM, SD, PP, and other modules or third-party systems. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces and reports; coordinate with ABAP and technical teams during build and transport cycles. Lead data migration strategy and execution for master and transactional data (mapping, cleansing, LSMW/BDC/DTM/IDoc or modern ETL approaches). Drive testing activities: unit, integration, regression and UAT; prepare test plans and ensure quality of deliverables.
