Requirements
Previous sales experience in an electrical wholesaler environment is essential, along with confidence dealing with customers and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner, computer literacy, and a full driver's licence.
Job Description
In this position, you will report into the Branch Directors and will play a key role in the sale of Electrical products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Providing quotations for customers.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships both with customers and team members within the branch.
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to purchase materials, whilst managing stock levels for all categories.
- Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
- Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice. Going the extra mile to meet customer expectations, whilst striving to make MKM the company of choice for electrical sales.
- Customer deliveries when required.
- Taking a proactive approach to electrical sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale to develop electrical sales within the branch.
- Previous sales experience in an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
- Confident dealing with customers.
- The ability to build great customer relationships.
- A good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate.
- Full drivers’ licence is essential.
