Job Description

Are you excited by the opportunity to combine technology, data, digital commerce, and consumer engagement to drive business growth?

We're looking for an eCommerce Leader to lead the technology, data, and digital commerce capabilities supporting the Nature's Best and Lamberts brands.

In this role, you will own and evolve the digital ecosystem that powers our direct-to-consumer business, helping create exceptional customer experiences, unlocking the value of consumer data, and shaping the future of our digital growth strategy. With accountability for commercial results, technology innovation, CRM, data-driven marketing, and IT security, this is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact across the business.

Job Purpose

Commercial Technology Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end design, operation, and optimization of the Nature's Best and Lamberts DTC and CRM technology ecosystem, driving consumer acquisition, conversion, retention, and business growth.
  • Own the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap, identifying opportunities to strengthen the DTC and CRM ecosystem and deliver annual and long-term commercial objectives, including net sales growth targets.
  • Manage the technology budget, agency investments, and vendor partnerships to continuously improve content, user experience (UX), SEO/GEO performance, and site effectiveness.
  • Lead digital activation initiatives, prioritize projects, and ensure the reliable operation of the technology ecosystem through effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Data & Consumer Engagement

  • Define and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right technology, architecture, and capabilities are in place to support data integration, activation, enrichment, and scalability.
  • Leverage first-party data and AI-driven solutions to enable personalized consumer experiences across digital touchpoints, including websites, email, social media, and social commerce.
  • Partner with the Data Engineer to translate real-time data into actionable insights, drive automation and data accessibility, and support business and marketing decision-making.
  • Establish testing standards, scale successful initiatives, ensure data quality across systems, and champion a data-first culture throughout the organization.

IT Security & Data Privacy

  • Maintain high standards of IT security and data privacy compliance across the business.
  • Partner with P&G IT Security leaders to prioritize and implement security governance improvements and strengthen compliance practices across the organization.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two specialists across Marketing Technology and Data Engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to create integrated plans that deliver superior consumer experiences and business results.
  • Work alongside in-house media performance and content creation teams to optimize digital effectiveness and support commercial objectives.
  • Partner with P&G technology stakeholders to continuously evolve and strengthen the digital and data ecosystem.

What we offer you:

  • Meaningful work from Day 1: From Day 1, you’ll be given the space and opportunity to bring your experience, energy, and new perspectives to make a genuine impact right from the start.
  • Continuous Development & Empowering Culture: Our culture is built on a foundation of continually developing our people. At P&G, we offer a career, not just a job, and will empower you to become the best at what you do through continuous learning opportunities, a varied career path, and the opportunity to work alongside inspiring people. You will collaborate on impactful projects within a supportive environment where the company values are always embraced and expressed, and diversity is celebrated.
  • Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our teams spend 3 days of their week collaborating in our offices. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits: P&G take a Total Rewards approach meaning on top of your salary, which is reviewed annually, you can expect a whole range of benefits. These include a generous Double Match Pension Scheme; Private Medical Insurance; P&G Contributed Share Programme; 25 Days' Holiday, and your very own ‘Flex4Me’ Fund which enables you to allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.
