Your role
You’ll support the teams looking after investment clients, helping ensure onboarding, service requests and daily operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating operational and administrative tasks with internal teams and banking partners.
- Handling client inquiries and supporting Investment Counsellors.
- Working with Sales Representatives on onboarding and service processes.
- Preparing reports and summaries for prospective client portfolios.
You’ll receive structured training and mentorship from your Team Leader to develop your knowledge and skills.
What you’ll bring
- Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- A university degree or equivalent experience; Finance, Business or Economics is preferred.
- Clear communication and a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
