Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and professional teams in Dentalcare Pangbourne and Dentalcare Berinsfield. We are an NHS/Private practices who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.


About The Role

  • Hours - We are looking for an applicant who can work 40 hours per week

Requrements

  • Welcome and build strong relationships with patients, creating a friendly and reassuring experience.
  • Confidently discuss dental treatments and treatment plans with patients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Have a good understanding of general and private dental treatments and be able to answer patient questions confidently.
  • Work closely with dentists and the wider clinical team to ensure patients are fully supported.
  • Follow up treatment plans and patients who have not yet proceeded with recommended treatment.
  • Have a strong focus on converting treatment plans into completed private treatment.
  • Identify opportunities to increase private treatment uptake while always putting the patient's needs first.
  • Manage patient consultations, appointments, follow-ups and treatment journeys efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent communication between the two practices.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities across both sites.
    Contribute towards practice targets and overall growth.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service and patient care at every stage.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional when speaking with patients.
  • Comfortable discussing dental treatments and private treatment options.
  • Commercially aware, motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience.
  • A strong communicator who can build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and happy to work across two sites.
  • Team-focused and able to build positive relationships with clinicians and colleagues.
  • Confident with treatment follow-ups and converting enquiries and treatment plans into bookings.
  • Previous dental experience and/or experience in a Treatment Coordinator, dental nursing, reception or patient-facing role would be highly desirable.
