As a Director within our TMO team, you will lead high-profile transactions, including IPOs, demergers, fundraisings, and public and private M&A across diverse industries.
Your role will involve advising clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial set-up and mobilisation through to planning, execution, and completion.
You will lead the TMO team in delivering critical transaction programmes, managing key processes, coordinating stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes, reduce risk, and safeguard value.
This is a leadership position where you will mentor teams, drive business development, and contribute to the growth of our TMO practice.

We are seeking an individual with an excellent programme management skillset and a proven track record of delivering projects in complex, high-pressure client-facing environments. You will possess deep expertise in ECM and M&A transactions, ideally gained in investment banking, corporate advisory, transaction services, or a listed-company setting.
A strong understanding of the key stages of deal execution, listing rules, and market practice is essential.
You should be adept at stakeholder management, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex transaction issues for senior audiences.
Your ability to lead, advise, and manage high-performing teams will be key to your success.
