Your leadership will help strengthen compliance, standardization, service, cost effectiveness and resilience across the global network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish global performance metrics and continuous improvement priorities while partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Regulatory, Quality and Transportation stakeholders on strategic projects and product launches.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience through business continuity planning, risk mitigation and executive escalation of complex logistics and customer service issues, including damaged inventory, temperature variances, missing documentation and delayed shipments.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience leading international, cross-cultural teams in a global leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in global import and export operations and international trade regulations.

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA.
  • Relevant professional certification, such as Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing long-term supply chain strategies, resolving complex conflicts and driving organizational change.
  • Proficiency in an additional language besides English, such as Spanish, Portuguese or German.

Additional Information:

  • Work schedule: Full-time
  • Travel: Up to 20%
