Job Description

Founding Deployment Strategist | London | £100k to £140k + equity


I’m working with a YC-backed AI startup that’s about to close a huge Series A, and they’re creating a brand new role that sits at the heart of the business.


On one side there’s an engineering team building AI products. On the other there’s an operations team using them every day. This person brings the two together: they make sure the engineers are solving the right problems, and that the people on the ground get the most out of what’s built.


Who it suits:

  • Someone from a product background, ideally having built internal tools, AI workflows or agents for teams inside a company
  • Someone technical enough to challenge engineers on how something should work, while still close to the product day to day
  • Someone who explains things clearly to non-technical people and turns their problems into something buildable
  • Startup experience matters more than industry knowledge


The package:

📍 On site in Central London
