As part of the Private Equity Portfolio Tax team, a leading group within PwC’s Deals Tax network, the team supports Private Equity-backed businesses throughout the deal lifecycle.

  • Some transaction experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support are provided; a flexible approach to working with multiple client and transaction teams simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and report writing skills, including experience in project managing and delegating work within a team.
  • Commitment to self-development and the development of others, applying tax technical knowledge and insights in a commercial environment.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
