Requirements
Candidates should have strong hands-on commercial data engineering experience, sound knowledge of data engineering principles and architecture, and practical experience delivering production solutions with large, complex datasets. Strong SQL and experience with relevant cloud platforms, data tools, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management are sought.
Job Description
TechnoAce Limited are looking for technically strong Data Engineers with genuine hands-on experience in modern data platforms, data engineering and analytics environments.
Candidates will go through a technical assessment/interview with an experienced Data professional before being considered for suitable client opportunities.
Experience in some or most of the following:
- Strong SQL
- Python and/or PySpark
- Azure and/or AWS
- Databricks / Apache Spark
- Azure Data Factory / AWS Glue
- ETL / ELT pipeline development
- Data lakes, lakehouse and data warehouse environments
- Data modelling
- Data migration and transformation
- Data quality, validation and reconciliation
- Snowflake / Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Athena
- Git and CI/CD
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong hands-on commercial Data Engineering experience
- Good understanding of data engineering principles and architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex data problems
- Experience delivering production data solutions
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a project team
- Candidates who can demonstrate practical project experience rather than simply listing technologies on their CV
