Data Analyst

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Cleansing and standardising job profile, job title, and employee data extracted from workday.
• Reviewing and analysing existing job role outputs (JROs) and role profiles.
• Use Copilot and other AI-assisted methods to extract skills from role documentation..
• Prepare and format data for Workday upload and integration.
• Conduct data quality reviews and validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Test data within Workday and investigate any data, mapping, or loading issues.
• Create reporting approach for skills profile activity.
• Provide data analytic SME to the CDCP programme.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

Advanced Excel skills including:

• Power query.
• Data cleansing and transformation.
• Pivot tables.
• Lookup functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Experience managing and analysing large HR or workforce datasets.
• Strong data quality and data governance mindset.
• Experience extracting and categorising information using Microsoft Copilot or AI tools.
• Ability to identify, standardise, and classify skills into structured taxonomies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver at pace.
• Experience with Workday HCM and/or Workday skills Cloud.
• Knowledge of skills frameworks, skills-based organisations, or workforce planning.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, talent, or workforce programmes.
• Understanding of job architecture, job profiling, and skills assessments.
