D365 Power Platform Technical Lead

Synechron is looking for an experienced D365 Power Platform Technical Lead / Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership across enterprise CRM, integration and data platforms. You will shape engineering standards, drive solution design, and lead the delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineering professional to influence strategy, lead high-performing teams and shape the future roadmap of a modern Microsoft business applications platform.

Role:

• Act as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and integration technologies.
• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot.
• Define and govern engineering standards, development frameworks and best practices.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, release management and environment strategies.
• Design and oversee integration solutions using SSIS, KingswaySoft, APIs, Azure Integration Services, Service Bus, Event Grid and Logic Apps.
• Lead data migration and integration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity and scalability.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with architecture, security and engineering standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and technical leads.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Champion platform optimisation, innovation and continuous improvement across the Microsoft technology stack.

Experience:

• 5-10 years' experience in Microsoft technology delivery, with significant experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SSIS development, ETL processes and the KingswaySoft SSIS Toolkit.
• Proven experience delivering complex system integrations and enterprise CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services and API-led architectures.
• Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices within Microsoft ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud-native integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience leading technical transformation, platform modernisation or large-scale CRM programmes.
