Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building trusting and meaningful relationships with young people.
  • Delivering structured interventions and psychosocial support.
  • Completing assessments, care planning and reviews focused on strengths and outcomes.
  • Supporting young people to improve their health, wellbeing and resilience.
  • Advocating on behalf of young people and ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Working in partnership with families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Delivering support in community settings, schools, family homes and digital environments.
  • Supporting young people through key transitions.
  • Promoting safeguarding, early intervention and harm reduction approaches.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and committed to helping them realise their potential.

You will bring:

  • Experience of working with young people, ideally within health, social care, youth services, criminal justice, education or related settings.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
  • Experience of partnership working and multi-agency collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A strengths-based, inclusive and person-centred approach.
