Are you ready to play a key role in securing critical energy infrastructure and supporting the transition to a cyber resilient future?
What You’ll Be DoingWe're looking for a Cyber Risk Lead to drive cyber risk management across onshore and offshore operations, helping protect business-critical IT and OT environments. You will lead the development and implementation of cyber risk frameworks, oversee the full risk lifecycle, and ensure risks are identified, assessed and effectively managed across the organisation and supply chain.
What You’ll Bring
Working within a global and ambitious cyber security function, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, security specialists, legal teams, regulators and external partners to strengthen resilience, support NIS compliance and contribute to a major security transformation programme running through to 2027.
This is a strategic role where you'll provide expert guidance on cyber governance, risk and regulatory requirements, influence decision making at senior level, and help embed a strong risk culture across the business. You'll also be responsible for reporting risk exposure, reviewing cyber incidents, evaluating control effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
We're looking for an experienced cyber risk professional with a strong background in governance, risk management and supply chain security. Knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls is essential, while experience within energy, OT or renewable environments would be highly beneficial.
If you're a confident communicator who can build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
