Job Description:

Job Summary
This position provides a one-to-one customer service experience for UPS Preferred accounts. The Preferred Customer Associate analyses and resolves problems, solves tracing and claim inquiries, and maintains ownership of customer situations through resolution which may include follow-ups and making outbound calls.

Client: Burberry

Location: the ideal candidate would be able to travel daily to Burberry London HQ, SW1.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound emails and calls

  • Utilize internal platforms to record and update customer activity.

  • Liaise with UPS Depots, Billing teams, Brokerage, Hubs around the world to co-ordinate logistics processes and resolve any

  • related issues.

  • Preparation of business reviews and presentation of the monthly KPIs

  • Dangerous goods queries and supporting a UPS dangerous goods specialist.

  • Provide accurate reports to the appropriate Transportation teams

  • Order shipping supplies, boxes envelopes etc.

  • Preparing shipments for export and invoice documentation for customs clearance.

  • Support with UPS tools - CampusShip and QVM.
     

Essential Skills:

  • Customer Service experience is essential for this role.

  • Brokerage experience (Import/Export) or experience within a logistics environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Computer literate, with a good knowledge and experience of MS office packages and SAP

  • Friendly and professional telephone communication.

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
