Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in video, digital, or creative leadership with a proven track record in production management and strategy. Proficiency in professional video editing tools and experience with marketing technology and data-driven content optimization are essential.

Job Description

Earnix is seeking a Creative Director, Digital Experiences & Video to define, elevate, and lead how the brand comes to life across all channels, with a strong emphasis on video, digital experiences, and compelling visual storytelling.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Creative & Communications, you will own the creative direction and production behind our video content and digital presence, from the website and social to owned channels and the stories that run across them.

This role pairs strategic thinking with hands-on creative and production expertise. You will set the vision, and take ownership of how that content is produced.

You will direct and produce the content yourself, working hands-on from concept through to delivery, bringing in freelancers, where they add capacity or specialist skill. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales and executive leadership to ensure our video and digital strategy supports the company’s business objectives. We deliver a great deal with focused resources, so you will bring a resourceful, hands-on approach and find efficient ways to deliver high-impact work.

What You’ll Do

Make video our core storytelling medium. Build and run a video program that spans brand films, launch content, product storytelling, customer stories, thought leadership and social-first formats.

Lead video production end to end. Oversee production from concept to delivery, including schedules, vendors and post-production, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard of craft, including scripting and storyboarding, interview-led storytelling, editing and motion graphics, captioning, multi-format delivery and music and talent rights.

Own the digital experience and channels. Set creative direction and channel strategy for the website, landing pages and owned social channels (such as LinkedIn), working with web, demand generation and product marketing partners.

Distribute and measure. Plan how each piece reaches its audience (organic, paid, email, webinars and video SEO) and report on performance, working with marketing operations to link video to pipeline.

Push innovation in execution. Explore new formats, technologies and approaches, including AI-enabled video and creative and emerging digital platforms, and apply them where they sharpen the idea rather than for novelty, and set guardrails for brand safety, rights and disclosure.

Extend the story into events. Bring video and digital to events and experiential moments, from keynote and stage content to on-site screens and post-event follow-up, working with event partners and venues as needed.

Guard and evolve the brand. Keep the brand system, voice and visual identity consistent across video and digital while letting it grow, and align the work with brand strategy, positioning and messaging.

Develop standards and capability. Raise the bar and establish video and digital standards, workflows, templates and best practices for the team and the wider organization through clear principles and feedback.

Tell the internal story. Produce executive, culture and employee-facing video that supports internal communications and brings the company’s history and values to life.

A natural video first mindset, with strong fluency in how video is created, distributed and performs across digital channels, including video SEO, paid distribution and platform-specific formats.

A portfolio that shows big ideas brought to life in innovative, well-crafted video and digital work across multiple channels.

Comfort with analytics and performance data, and a track record of using them to optimize content and show business impact (for example view-through and retention, engagement by audience and influenced pipeline), using web analytics, marketing automation and CRM data.
