Job Description
Role Description The Contract Manager is a full-time, postion with sites based in the Midlands and Manchester Area,.
• Site Visits/surveys resulting in comprehensive meeting notes being relayed to head office operations in timely manner.
• RAMS & Lift plans completed for your assigned projects in good time.
• Comprehensive customer liaison, ensuring client expectations are fulfilled and met.
• Communicator between operations and clientele.
• Manage and support engineers to ensure site productivity targets are achieved.
• Ensure site progress meets commercial expectations. This will be reviewed monthly.
• Inspection of completed installations incorporating necessary independent check/sign off (when necessary) and checking correct paperwork has been completed.
• Ensure engineers necessary documentation has been compiled correctly and submitted in a timely manner to both clientele and head office.
• Pre-start inspections prior to installation/dismantle activities.
• Point of contact for key clientele.
• Assist with health and safety matters.
• QA of key documentation. Such documents, (but not limited to) pick lists, design drawings, site survey, lift plans/RAMS.
