Working across multiple European markets, languages and formats, you'll combine hands-on video production and graphic design skills with a sharp eye for detail, helping deliver high-quality, brand-consistent content efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and editing video content for product launches, campaigns, social media, e-commerce, training, events and internal communications.
  • Adapting master video assets for European markets, including localisation, subtitles, different durations, aspect ratios, resolutions and platform requirements.
  • Managing high-volume video adaptations across multiple languages and formats while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Supporting filming, interviews and live streaming of presentations and events when required.
  • Adapting existing campaign and product assets for websites, e-commerce, CRM, social media, digital advertising and retailer requirements.
  • Resizing, reformatting, localising and versioning creative assets across different formats, dimensions and European languages.
  • Preparing banners, Web POP, thumbnails, e-commerce assets and other digital materials.
  • Using AI, automation and improved production workflows to increase speed, flexibility and efficiency.
  • Maintaining organised master assets to enable content to be quickly reused and localised across European markets.
  • Managing the in-house video studio and video production equipment, ensuring facilities and equipment remain organised, maintained and ready for use.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Content Creation Specialist, you'll bring a combination of creative production expertise, technical skills and strong attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:

  • Strong video editing and video production skills, ideally using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Strong written English and experience adapting marketing and product copy.
  • Experience managing multiple languages, content formats, versions and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand and product consistency.
  • Experience with AI, automation or localisation tools, which would be advantageous.
