Job Description
This temporary assignment will be working at Airbnb, and may involve working at an Airbnb site, you will however be contracted through Magnit Global, a UK registered employment business with the company registration number 05537535.

The Payments Compliance Training Designer will be responsible for creating training content to support the teams within Payments Compliance. The role will gain an understanding of the various roles within the department and create content to help the team practice their key tasks during their onboarding training.

The Payments Compliance Training Designer will be responsible for creating training content to support the teams within Payments Compliance. The role will gain an understanding of the various roles within the department and create content to help the team practice their key tasks during their onboarding training.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects to support development of job training for a variety of processes within the Payments Compliance department.
- Learn about the work of Payments Compliance to ensure the learning content you design is supporting the team to meet its regulatory obligations.
- Review feedback about training content and suggest improvements.
- Work with stakeholders and ensure effective communication about training content launches.
- 3 to 5 years background in instructional design.
- Experience with Rise360
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to break down complex tasks into simpler steps for learner
