Job Description

Mission:

The Analyst Relations & Strategic Communications Programs Manager will be responsible for driving key communications programs across Schneider Electric's Digital Energy business.

Working across communications, marketing, product, and business leadership teams, the successful candidate will ensure strategic programs are delivered effectively, stakeholders remain aligned, and Digital Energy maintains a strong presence across industry analyst, customer, partner, and influencer communities.

Success in this role will depend on building strong relationships across a highly matrixed organisation and connecting work across multiple functions, including executive communications, the broader analyst relations community, marketing, product marketing, and line-of-business teams. The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner who can align stakeholders, influence, and ensure communications programs are integrated into broader business priorities rather than operating in isolation.

This role combines strategic communications, analyst relations, program leadership, campaign activation, and communications operations, serving as a critical partner to the Head of Strategic Communications.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen analyst-facing content by integrating Schneider Electric and Digital Energy thought leadership and strategic messaging (e.g. Energy Intelligence or Age of Intelligent Buildings).
  • Understand our offers and messages well enough to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or strategic opportunities within submission content and work with SMEs to strengthen narratives and supporting evidence.
  • Identify opportunities to increase Digital Energy visibility and influence.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and analyst insights.
  • Share findings with communications, product marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Digital Energy market positioning.

Strategic Communications Programs:

EcoStruxure Foresight:

  • Lead communications program planning and execution.
  • Manage integrated communications calendars and campaign plans.

  • Coordinate global communications activities and campaign delivery.
  • Support site launch communications and milestone activations.
  • Manage promotional assets and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate social advocacy and marketing community communications.

Future Digital Energy Strategic Programs:

  • Support communications readiness for emerging Digital Energy solutions.
  • Coordinate communications workstreams for new launches.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans and activation support materials.
  • Partner with product marketing and business leaders on strategic communications planning.

Communications Programs Operations:

  • Maintain communications plans, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Manage integrated communications project plans, timelines, and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate agency deliverables and project timelines.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor management.
  • Drive consistency across communications activities and planning processes.
  • Measure and report program performance and outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Evidenced experience in analyst relations, strategic communications, communications, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience working with technology, software, energy management, infrastructure, industrial, or sustainability-related businesses.
