Department: CSG - Corporate Insurance and Risk (Retail / Transport / Leisure / Construction)
Location: Leeds
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Client Support Administrator to join our fast‑paced Retail & Consumer Claims Handling team at CSG on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This position will be based on-site at our Leeds office 5 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that keeps things moving and delivers an exceptional service to our clients.

You are expected to provide a timely, professional and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims.
You will be expected to:
- Assist with the day to day running of a client account with a particular focus on data entry and data accuracy
- Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients and the commercial requirements of the firm with adherence to internal and client SLAs and KPIs
- Assisting with matter set up on our case management system
- Assisting with MI management ensuring accuracy with the data
- Liaising with opponent representatives and other third parties (predominately via phone calls)
- Referencing and triaging post via a shared email inbox
- Other administrative duties, as required
You will have:
- Proven experience in administration
- Hands‑on experience managing and organising files
- Confidence in making and receiving calls, with a professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, look‑ups) and the ability to handle basic data analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting workloads
- The confidence to work independently and use your initiative
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within the claims team
- Clear and positive communication skills, with an enthusiastic approach to your work
- Experience using finance systems (preferred but not essential).
