  • Use market analysis, competitor insight, financial modelling and commercial data to support strategic decisions.
  • Bring together product, technology, sales, legal and operations teams around shared priorities and delivery plans.

  • Build dashboards and performance frameworks that give leadership clear visibility of commercial KPIs and delivery.
  • Establish effective governance across major initiatives, proactively managing risks, escalations and accountability.
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly business planning, ensuring senior leaders have the analysis needed to make informed decisions.
  • Produce concise, high-quality strategic materials for executive, Board and investor-level audiences.
  • Support leadership meetings and offsites, ensuring decisions translate into action.
  • Build strong relationships across the wider organisation to secure resources and support for key priorities.

Main Skills Needed

  • Experience within a leading strategy consultancy is highly desirable.

  • Confidence working across commercial, operational, product and technology functions.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and produce clear recommendations.
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and challenging established ways of working.
  • Able to operate autonomously, prioritise effectively and maintain momentum in an ambitious, fast-moving environment.
  • Genuine interest in moving beyond advisory work into implementation, ownership and broader business leadership.

  • Up to £140,000 basic salary plus bonus.
  • Sponsorship and relocation support available.
  • Direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership of a growing institutional capital markets business.
  • Significant autonomy and ownership over strategically important initiatives.
  • A strong platform for progressing towards broader commercial, operational or business leadership roles.
  • Hybrid working, with 3–4 days per week in the London office.
  • Flexible benefits package, private medical cover and life insurance.
  • Contributions towards gym memberships.
  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus your birthday off and two volunteering days.
  • Option to buy or sell additional holiday.
  • Tailored development, mentoring and career progression opportunities.
