Job Description
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – Abu Dhabi, UAE
€200K–€240K Tax-Free + Excellent Benefits + Full Family Relocation
We're working with a very well-funded, government-backed FinTech business in Abu Dhabi that is building a new stablecoin and digital-asset platform for international payments.
They're looking for an experienced, hands-on CISO to build and lead their security function from the ground up.
A genuinely interesting opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly with the CEO and Board, and have a real influence on the technology, security strategy and direction of the business.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in Cyber Security, with strong technical and leadership experience.
- MUST HAVE Experience within FinTech, Digital Assets, Blockchain, Crypto, Wallets or Payment Platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic key management (HSM, MPC, multisig), cloud and application security.
- Experience building security frameworks, managing cyber risk and leading incident response.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST and ideally VARA regulations.
- Someone who is still technically hands-on, rather than purely management-focused.
We would also consider a strong Head of Security looking to step into their first CISO position.
