CHANGE MANAGER
Requirements
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in a core Change Management role and hold a university degree. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills to handle complexity and ambiguity are required.
Job Description
Position Overview & Purpose:
The experienced Change Manager will work independently to help deliver and embed change. Working with the immediate project team, team members from interconnecting projects, and closely with the business to ensure Change Management deliverables are completed, the change is adopted, leadership buy-in and business readiness – resulting in the project realizing the benefits and meeting its objectives.
What You Will Deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities)
- Develop a strong understanding of stakeholders by completing a Stakeholder Analysis and supporting team members manage stakeholders (key messages and coaching)
- Understand the change by completing a Change Impact Assessment and deeply analyzing how people will be impacted by future ways of working.
- Understanding of the behavior and cultural change needed.
- Partner with business stakeholders (Leaders as country level and BPOs) to help develop understanding of local ways of working and future ways on working
- Ability to comunicate and articulate the level of change impact with senior stakeholders
- Develop a detailed change management plan, change management strategy and change adoption KPIs to ensure the change is embedded and adopted.Responsible to defining key messages and communication for the Project
- Ability to understand the training requirements that will support the change and develop a plan to support the needsResponsible to work with internal and external partners to develop learning tools to support future ways of working and competencies neededAbility to measure success, define metrics, share with senior leaders in the business and monitor progressAbility to present and communicate to senior leaders about the project
- Develop a sustainability plan to ensure we maximize the ROI
- Document lessons learnt and facilitate the handover to BAU
- Work as a change management team to build and develop change management competency in the business
- Create and manage champion network of change agents
- Drive change management activities at a local level with SMEs, superusers and champions
- +3years’ experience in core Change Management role/implementing transformational change
- University degree
- Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Work well under pressure, with complexity and ambiguity
- Confident and able to lead others to deliver
- Please note that this is 2 years fixed term contract.
