We’re looking for an ambitious Category Manager to help shape the category agenda with some of the UK’s biggest grocery retailers.
This is an opportunity to make a real commercial impact, using data, insight and creativity to influence customer decisions, unlock growth opportunities and drive category performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted category partner
- Influencing range reviews, space, distribution, displays and promotions
- Turning shopper and market data into compelling commercial recommendations
- Shaping category vision and developing customer-specific growth strategies
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams to deliver results
- Leading shopper marketing activity, managing budgets and driving continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ Category Management experience within FMCG
- A strong understanding of the UK grocery retail market
- Excellent analytical, storytelling and presentation skills
- The confidence to influence, challenge and bring people with you
- A creative, commercially minded approach with a passion for driving growth
Experience with Circana, Kantar, dunnhumby and Retail Link would be a real advantage.
