TechTarget is on the lookout for a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to join our dynamic Client Delivery team, playing a pivotal role in supporting Demand Generation campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.
About the Role
As a Campaign Fulfillment Manager, you will oversee all the behind-the-scenes elements of Demand Generation campaigns, from inception to completion. Your mission will be to ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet client objectives, and deliver outstanding results. This role requires a sharp problem-solver with a knack for data, a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee all operational aspects of demand generation programs, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect, assess, and clearly communicate complex campaign requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track and evaluate the progress and health of campaigns, ensuring they stay on course.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver top-notch customer service by ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client goals.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot campaign or client-facing issues promptly and effectively.
- Reporting: Provide detailed status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success, and Client Delivery Leadership.
- Revenue Management: Monitor and manage forecasted revenue, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Pacing and Delivery: Use reporting tools to track program pacing and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Operational Support: Handle day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (fields such as Marketing, Management, or Business are a plus, but not mandatory).
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience (prior experience as a Campaign Manager is advantageous but not required).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Proactive and Dependable: Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate reliability.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Industry Knowledge: Eagerness to understand the specific needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the broader IT industry.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
