Role Description
We are looking for an IT & Business Support Intern to join our London office in a hybrid role. Alongside supporting the day-to-day running of IT systems, you will also assist with broader business support activities, including reporting, data analysis, coordination, and process improvement.
Your responsibilities may include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users and helping to streamline operational processes across teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, operations, and business support in a fast-paced asset management environment.
Skills & Experience
- Interest or experience in the investment or financial sector
- Strong SQL and Python skills, or other scripting languages
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to use AI tools (Claude Code) to support productivity, analysis, and problem-solving
