Working within a complex and highly regulated environment, you will collaborate with programme teams, business leaders and key stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation. - Analyse, map and optimise business processes to improve organisational performance.
- Develop business cases and investment cases with clear benefits realisation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and drive decision-making.
- Manage business requirements, governance processes and change controls.
- Assess commercial opportunities, benefits and business impacts associated with transformation initiatives.
- Support digital transformation programmes and organisational change activities.
- Provide business architecture expertise throughout the project lifecycle from concept through implementation.
- Contribute to programme governance and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys driving business change, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the future direction of a major infrastructure programme.
Preferred Profile:
Alongside a commitment to our values of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, and Inclusiveness, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following:
- Demonstrable Business Architecture experience within large, complex organisations.
- Strong experience in business process mapping, process redesign and optimisation.
- Proven track record developing business cases and investment cases.
- Experience managing business requirements and governance activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
- Experience delivering business transformation and organisational change initiatives.
- Knowledge of benefits realisation, commercial assessments and value tracking.
- Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Previous experience within nuclear, energy, utilities, rail, defence, infrastructure or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise systems or IT-enabled business change programmes would be beneficial.
- Exposure to financial modelling, supplier engagement, RFI/RFP/ITT evaluation activities would be advantageous.
Please note that visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on role criticality and project needs. Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK. Exceptionally, we may consider visa sponsorship for applicants with niche experience aligned to our core work (e.g. EPR/nuclear new build).
