Job Description
ROLE MISSION
The Bespoke Ambassador, based in London - 32 Bruton Street and reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, contributes to the success of the Boutique by driving Maestria and Ready-to-Wear sales and clienteling activities, developing long-term client relationships and strengthening sartorial expertise across the team in alignment with Brioni's standards of excellence.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients from the first contact through after-sales follow-up, maintaining regular contact in line with the clienteling strategy.
- Develop a network of external contacts, including hotels, personal shoppers, tour guides and wedding planners, to generate business opportunities and enhance Brand image.
- Execute sales and clienteling actions based on the Company strategy, with a focus on both Ready-to-Wear and Maestria, supporting the achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention objectives, contributing to the goals set by Store Management and to overall team performance.
- Support the development of Maestria within the Boutique by monitoring relevant KPIs and working with Store Management on individual and team action plans.
- Gather market insights on new trends, events, competitors' activities and products, and share relevant feedback with Store Management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Boutique and across the Company to support a consistent client experience and smooth execution of activities.
- Implement stock procedures in line with Company standards and guidelines, and promptly raise any issues or risks.
- Work closely with Regional Tailors / Head Tailors and Store Management to organize and execute in-store Maestria events and activations, specific clienteling actions and VIP services, with the aim of recruiting new clients and maximizing the potential of the existing client base.
- Maintain high standards in the Maestria area of the Boutique, ensuring fabrics are regularly updated, master garments are properly maintained and Bespoke Visual Merchandising standards are consistently respected.
- Collect feedback on products, clients and competitors from the sales floor and work with Store Management to define Brand-specific actions and improve Bespoke processes.
- Report Bespoke and Maestria performance and support business planning on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Contribute to the development of the Boutique team's Maestria expertise through collective and individual training and knowledge sharing.
WHO YOU ARE
- Relevant experience in luxury retail and formalwear, with strong exposure to client-facing sales and bespoke or made-to-measure services.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for sartorial culture, luxury customer experience and clienteling techniques.
- Commercial mindset and business acumen, with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate them into practical action plans.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a clear focus on client loyalty and business development.
- Strong planning, organization and execution skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and with Store Management.
- Confident communication, influencing and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
- Academic background or equivalent professional experience relevant to the role.
