Proudly independent with some innovative and engaging concepts, their spread of 21 sites are some of the best places to enjoy food, drink and entertainment in places like Melbourne, Richmond, Surrey Hills and Windsor.

With a strong focus on exceptional food, drinks, service and guest experiences, they bring the best in hospitality and they are due to add new concepts to their portfolio over the coming months.

So, they are on the look out for an assortment of talent across the bar and wine department. They are very keen on chatting to people who have learnt their craft in Europe as they believe this is where the gold standard is created.

There is no relocation package. This is an opportunity for someone looking to take a working holiday visa to Australia. If you were a good fit for one of the roles, you would go knowing that our client has a job for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the bar and/or wine offerings.
• Coach, mentor and develop FOH, bar and sommelier teams, creating a a collaborative and exciting work culture.
• Oversee service standards, team briefings and rotas.
• Run the beverage operations to a gold standard level.
• Drive the customers overall experience through drinks knowledge, recommendations, pairings and a genuine guest-first approach.

What are they looking for:

• Previous experience within a premium restaurant, bar or high-volume hospitality environment.
• Diploma and/or WSET Level qualifications in wine and spirits.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams at all levels.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about drinks, wine and the hospitality trade.
• Commercially and operationally minded.
• Confident, engaging and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
