Band 6 Specialist Respiratory Physiologist

This post is an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Respiratory Physiologist to join our friendly and committed team based at the Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospitals in Fife. Fife is a beautiful area situated on the east coast of Scotland and is close to both Edinburgh and Glasgow, it is a fantastic area to live and work. NHS Fife is a teaching Hospital affiliated with the University of St Andrews which has an international reputation for excellence in teaching and research.

Applicants for the band 6 position should possess a BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent qualification. The post-holder will be innovative and capable of managing their own workload in an efficient and flexible manner and have experience in sleep physiology. The successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role in developing our physiologist sleep service as well as providing support for our current diagnostic respiratory service.
