We are looking for an Associate Landscape Architect to join our growing Landscape Architecture team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable projects across the UK.

About The Role
As an Associate Landscape Architect, you will contribute to and lead a diverse range of landscape projects, from early-stage feasibility and planning through to detailed design and delivery.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and contributing to landscape architecture projects across a range of sectors and scales.
- Preparing and overseeing high-quality landscape plans, strategies, reports, assessments and design proposals.
- Supporting the delivery of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs) and landscape planning work where required.
- Developing landscape designs from concept through to detailed design and implementation.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and integrating landscape considerations into wider development proposals.
- Managing project programmes, budgets and resources to support successful delivery.
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants and internal teams.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team.
- Supporting bids, fee proposals and other business development opportunities.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of our Landscape Architecture team.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio, with projects potentially spanning residential, energy and infrastructure, commercial, education, regeneration and strategic development.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Architect who combines strong design and technical capability with a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in creating better places.
You’ll Have
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture.
- Chartered status with the Landscape Institute
- Strong experience within a landscape architecture or landscape planning consultancy.
- Experience delivering landscape projects from concept through to planning and/or detailed design.
- Experience of preparing landscape strategies, assessments, reports and design information.
- Strong knowledge of relevant UK landscape planning and design processes.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Experience using relevant design and technical software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and/or GIS.
- The ability to manage your own workload and take responsibility for project delivery.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- An interest in developing others and contributing to the wider growth of the team.
