  • Support health and safety compliance and the implementation of safe working practices.
  • Assist with material procurement, cost monitoring and basic project controls.
  • Support the coordination of additional trades, including painting and builders cleaning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • A recent UK postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is particularly desirable.
  • Previous construction experience, including internships, site engineering or overseas construction experience, would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of residential construction, construction methods and site operations.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
  • Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • An understanding of UK construction health and safety practices, or a willingness to learn.
  • A valid CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one.

Previous experience in drylining, SFS, partitions, ceilings or residential fit-out would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.

What We Offer

  • Starting rate of £120 per day.
  • Practical experience on residential and mixed-use developments throughout London.
  • Direct exposure to specialist drylining and SFS construction packages.
  • Mentoring and guidance from experienced construction professionals.
