🚀 Senior Full Stack & Forward-Deployed Engineer (Python / React / Data)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-agency Senior Engineer to lead end-to-end software development and data integrations while working directly with customers and finance teams.


What you will do

  • Lead integration and software projects from architecture to deployment and verification.
  • Design idempotent and scalable data pipelines using Temporal and PostgreSQL.
  • Ship production code using Django and React / Next.js, turning recurring user needs into core product features.


What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end.
  • Core stack: Python (Django / DRF) and React / TypeScript / Next.js.
  • Advanced PostgreSQL expertise (query plan analysis, live production data migrations) and hands-on experience with REST APIs / Webhooks.
  • Direct customer-facing delivery experience and strong skills in explaining technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background as a Forward-Deployed Engineer, Applied Engineer, or in special projects.
  • Domain knowledge in Fintech, ERP, or accounting systems.
