Souk
AI Product Manager
Requirements
Candidates should be technical PMs or engineers with approximately four years of experience building functional AI agents with LLMs. A strong preference is for those who ship quickly and prefer full ownership over ticket-based instruction.
Job Description
About Souk
We're building the world's first AI Partner Manager. Coco helps partnership teams find partners, activate them, and handle everything from signing through to payment.
We've just closed $1.6m, led by Sure Valley Ventures (one of Europe's leading Deep Tech funds), and supported by Antler (backers of Lovable and Airalo), and Fuel Ventures (the UK's most active early stage investor).
The Job
Coco's quality is a hundred small decisions. How the third follow-up sounds to a lawyer versus a VC. When to chase and when to leave it. Which of 200 partners surfaces this week and what reason we give. None of that has a design file. It gets better by someone reading what Coco actually sent, deciding it wasn't good enough, and changing it.
That's this role. You'll build, you'll talk to partnerships managers most weeks, and you'll own whether the output is any good.
You'd be a fit if
You're an engineer who likes talking to customers, or a technical PM who never stopped building. You ship fast and you're bothered when something is slightly wrong. You've built with LLMs properly, not a chatbot wrapper, but agents that do real work and fail in interesting ways. Around four years in.
You want full ownership of what you build, and you don't want to be instructed by tickets.
You probably won't be a fit if
You want to design screens or own a roadmap. Most of what Coco does happens in email and Slack, not in an interface, and we're deliberate about that.
Compensation
£70–90k + meaningful equity.
- Visa sponsorship is available after one year.
Skills
About Souk
AI partner manager. Finds partners, keeps them active, runs the admin. Tell Coco, our AI Partner Manager, the kind of business or buyer you're after, and she makes the introductions, books the meetings, and briefs you beforehand on where you overlap and what's worth exploring. Warm intros, not cold lists. She turns those conversations into action and keeps partners active, new and existing, so nothing goes dry. And every deal that comes back through a partner is recorded and attributed. Agreements signed, leads tracked, payments scheduled.
