Founding AI Engineer

Are you the person who has quietly taught themselves how to build with AI, automate workflows and create things most people around you don't fully understand?

Maybe you're stuck in a job you've outgrown, freelancing alone or trying to build something without the right people around you.

Do you spend nights and weekends experimenting with agents, Claude Code, Codex, n8n, APIs or whatever helps you turn ideas into something real?

Maybe you've gone to networking or business events looking for people like you, only to realise nobody there really thinks or moves at your pace.

Then this is probably for you.

One important note upfront: this isn't a salaried position to begin with. It starts as project-based collaboration, with commission, revenue share or profit share agreed before any work begins.

What is Sensecore?

Sensecore is an AI-native company built around humans and AI agents working together across sales, research, operations, delivery and implementation.

We already operate with an AI CEO called George, who delegates work across specialist agents and humans handling everything from prospecting and research to quality control and delivery.

The bigger vision is simple. The best companies of the next decade won't look like traditional companies. They'll be small, sharp teams of AI-native operators who can build and launch faster than businesses ten times their size.

That's the company we're building.

You're probably a fit if:

• You reach for Claude Code, Codex or something similar before anything else.
• You regularly vibecode and interact and experiment with different AI tools & LLMs
• You taught yourself n8n, Make, APIs, Python, TypeScript or whatever got the job done.
• You've shipped working ideas, built agents or automations, and can turn a rough idea into something real within days.
• You learn quickly, don't need constant direction and want to build products and companies rather than just complete tasks.
• You can speak to customers, sell ideas and care more about proof and execution than credentials and polish.

Experience with agent frameworks, MCP, cloud infrastructure, CRMs or LLM APIs is useful, but curiosity, speed and evidence matter more.

What we'll build

Our core business is winning and implementing applied AI projects for real companies.

Around that, we'll also build:

• AI agents and digital employees
• Internal tools and automations
• New AI products and services
• Small businesses we can test, scale or kill quickly
• Standalone companies built around the strongest ideas

Some of it will fail. Fast, ideally. The point is to find real problems, build solutions, sell them and learn.

When we take on a client project, product or business opportunity, we agree the responsibilities and economics upfront and in writing.

That could mean commission, revenue share, profit share, product ownership, equity or salaried roles as the company grows.

I'm not looking for anyone to work unpaid. I'm looking for entrepreneurial partners who want to build real commercial opportunities and share properly in the result.

Consistent execution can lead to leadership, equity or a genuine cofounder seat. Earned, not handed out because it sounds good on LinkedIn.

How we work

Remote first. No management theatre, pointless meetings or sitting in an office just to look busy.

Outcomes, ownership and momentum.

Remote doesn't mean isolated. We want to bring the team together for focused building periods, events and projects around the world.

That could mean building in Dubai, attending AI events, meeting customers or working together from somewhere new.

That could mean building in Dubai, attending an AI event in Europe, meeting customers in America or working together from somewhere new like, Thailand, Bali, Tokyo, Austin, LA, Miami, Lisbon, Cape Town.

Work hard, ship things, travel, meet interesting people and build alongside people you respect.

Sensecore is based in Dubai, but there is no expectation that you relocate. For exceptional people who become integral to the company, we can support relocation and UAE visa sponsorship.
