The Role & Responsibilities
EnerMech are looking to recruit an Adminstrator to be based full time at our Aberdeen site. This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours Monday - Friday.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for providing administrative support for QHSE department and wider business as and when required
- Responsible for raising purchase quotes/purchase orders
- Support client data request's
- Responsible for ordering stationery and boardroom supplies
- Assist in all general administration activities including scanning, photocopying and filing of documentation
- Cover front of house reception as and when required
The Requirements
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- Secondary Education ‘Standard Grade' Education
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Good organisational skills
