CTAC Admin Assistants (Band 2)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the new NHS Borders Primary & Community Services admin hub.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can work flexibly to answer the telephone, book appointments, greet patients, and support colleagues across the wider Community Treatment and Care service (CTAC).

The P&CS Hub operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00.

Various hours are available, from part time hours up to a 34 hours per week.

These roles are based in NHS Borders admin hub at Newstead but occasional travel may be required to other admin bases across the Borders.

For specific types of post, if you do not have the necessary eligibility to work in the UK, it might be possible (though not guaranteed) to secure sponsorship via a UK Skilled Worker/Health & Care Worker Visa. However, this is only possible if the employer is a licenced Sponsor, and if the post does not fall below the current minimum salary threshold or ‘going rate’. Further information on these criteria can be found.
