This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting the day-to-day success of the store.

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting colleagues, creating outstanding customer experiences, and helping the store achieve its commercial goals. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the adidas brand values.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers through expert product knowledge and personalised service.
• Support the management team in driving store performance and operational excellence.
• Lead by example and provide coaching and guidance to team members where required.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with adidas guidelines.
• Support stockroom operations, replenishment, deliveries, and inventory controls.
• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation standards are maintained at all times.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security processes.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding team members.
• A passion for sport, fashion, and the adidas brand.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Availability

The successful candidate must be fully flexible and available to work 40 hours per week, including:

• Monday to Sunday availability.
• Early morning, daytime, and evening shifts.
• Weekends and public holidays.
• Peak trading periods, promotional events, and seasonal trading requirements.
