Requirements
Experience in accounts payable, finance administration, or a similar finance support role is required, along with an understanding of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and financial controls. The role also requires accuracy, knowledge of Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—and finance systems, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent customer-focused communication.
Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator (9 month Fixed-Term Contract) to join our Finance team. You'll play an important role in ensuring supplier invoices, payments, expenses, and reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently, helping maintain strong financial controls and excellent stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company procedures and controls
- Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring appropriate authorisation and verification requirements are met
- Reconcile supplier statements, accounts payable ledgers, and credit card transactions, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policies
- Act as a key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing professional and responsive support
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate financial records, controls, and service standards

Requirements
- Experience in an Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or similar finance support role

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and finance systems
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
