Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
