Job Description

Affinius Capital is seeking an Intern to join its London Credit Investment team in the Summer of 2027. The credit investment team evaluates and underwrites prospective investments across all of Affinius Capital’s investment vehicles. The Summer Intern will be involved in all aspects of the underwriting, diligence, and closing processes for new investments. Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and underwriting prospective investment opportunities
• Executing and closing transactions involving various property types
• Performing due diligence, including completing market analysis and coordinating with third party service providers
• Generating financial analysis and investment committee memoranda detailing investment rationale, execution risks, and prospective returns
• Assisting in the implementation of business plans, including leasing, financing, disposition, and ongoing portfolio surveillance
• Additional duties, as assigned 

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or master's degree program at an accredited college or university with an estimated graduation date in Spring 2028.
• Finance, Economics, Business, Architecture, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required
• Excellent academic background with a cumulative of 3.5 above, preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate through previous internships, extracurriculars or coursework
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and financial modeling is preferred but not required
• Available for full-time work in London office for at least 10 consecutive weeks in summer
