Imagine working a 4-day week with 31 hours, including only 1 in 3 Saturdays (8-12pm), and no Sundays, Bank Holidays, or out-of-hours work. Enjoy 20-minute consults, generous CPD allowance, and a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening breaks, as well as dedicated admin and lunch times.

The practice boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including a recently upgraded ultrasound, DR X-ray, multi-parameters, syringe driver, tonopen, and Phovia. The team is highly motivated, fostering a culture of continuous growth and collective input. Daily team catch-ups ensure everyone is aligned and supported.

Ideal candidates will have experience in first opinion practice and excel in building relationships with pet owners to provide holistic treatment. Empathy, effective communication, and the ability to offer thoughtful, solution-driven feedback are essential. A commitment to continuous growth, self-reflection, and open discussions about financial implications is also important. Support is available for recent graduates also.

You will be joining a highly motivated team of 7 vets and six RVN's with special interests, two student nurses, and two ANAs who optimise the workspace. The reception team ensures smooth operations, and the practice manager prioritises employee wellbeing and growth.
