Salary: 45k/55k AED PM (Tax Free) + Schooling allowance + Bonus + Visa + Medical
Location: Abu Dhabi - Fully onsite (Relocation covered)
About the company
We are supporting a leading Global AI & Data Analytics firm in seeking a visionary Senior Solution Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of transformative AI-driven solutions for the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
Operating at the intersection of business strategy and high-scale engineering, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives across banking, insurance, and regulatory bodies within the GCC and international markets.
About the position
You will be a key architectural authority, translating complex financial challenges such as risk management, financial crime, and customer intelligence into secure, scalable, and sovereign-ready AI architectures. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role that bridges the gap between deep technical execution and industry-wide GTM strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Risk to define AI-enabled transformation agendas.
- Define end-to-end architectures spanning GenAI, ML, distributed data platforms, and hybrid/sovereign cloud environments.
- Influence product roadmaps by providing real-world FSI feedback and supporting regional go-to-market propositions.
- Lead executive workshops and coach cross-functional engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity during delivery.
Key Qualifications
- Must have worked in a Bank and consulting (Buy side and Sell Side)
- Proven track record in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, or AI/ML platforms.
- Deep knowledge of banking, insurance, or capital markets, including global regulatory and security constraints.
- Exceptional ability to influence C-level stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts.
- Advanced experience with Azure (mandatory) and other major hyperscale or regional cloud providers.
Technical Profile
- Microservices, event-driven patterns, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale data platforms, Python-based AI development, and emerging GenAI frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern frontend/backend (React, Node.js), diverse database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), and robust IAM/Security protocols.
