Full-time Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and relevant industry experience.

Part-time Salary: £12.21 per hour, plus sales commission.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in London and Coventry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong marketing and sales skills. This role involves delivering consultancy services to our Chinese clients and assisting them throughout the application process. We also offer the opportunity for international talents to obtain a work visa to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Discuss customer (student or parent) requirements and advise them on the capabilities, limitations, and benefits of UK Offer’s education services.

Provide high-quality, personalised counselling to international students via phone, email, online platforms, or in-person sessions, ensuring clarity of information and customer satisfaction.

Assist clients with applications to UK, Irish, and other English-speaking universities, including documentation preparation, submission, and liaising with education providers to secure offers and facilitate enrolments.

Quote relevant service prices, advise on timelines and application arrangements, and support clients throughout the decision-making process.

Follow up on initial consultations and existing enquiries to maintain relationships, obtain further referrals, and improve conversion rates.

Guide students in English language test options and requirements as part of the admission journey.

Participate in marketing activities, such as education fairs, university open-day visits, and recruitment events to promote the company’s services.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolutions and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using the company’s CRM system.

Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations, education policies, and competitor services to ensure up-to-date consultancy advice and continuous service improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Native proficiency in Chinese and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Strong marketing and sales skills.

Passionate about education and student success.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in educational consultancy or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential PC applications.

Excellent presentation skills.
